Shipping and delivery policy

  1. Local Delivery within Qatar is 1 to 2 working days for ready to wear, 10 working days for made to order.
  2. International Delivery is up to 12 working days.

Customers are required to notify AL BACARRAT of a defective item within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, otherwise it is deemed that the product was received in good condition.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  1. Delivery time frames are approximation depending on a smooth transition of your package through customs. We cannot predict or be responsible for your country’s customs procedures or delays.
  2. All orders require a signature upon receipt and our shipper will not deliver your package without a signature. Delays can also occur due to your unavailability to sign your package or to pay for the required customs and taxes needed upon delivery.
  3. For some countries a copy of your National ID or valid resident permit must be provided when your order arrives at customs.
  4. We are not able to redirect any shipments once they leave our warehouses, so please make sure that you or someone representing you will be available at the address that you first instructed us to ship to.
  5. All shipments are insured by AL BACARRAT until they reach your delivery address once received and signed for their receipt, the responsibility of the package will automatically transfers to you or your representative.
  6. All purchases’ final price will not include import fees or local taxes, such as State Tax, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay.
  7. If our shipper cannot deliver your package to the address, you have given us and has to return the package to AL BACARRAT, the customer will be liable for all expenses incurred including but not limited to duties, taxes, and return shipping charges. These expenses will be deducted from any refund.
  8. Upon receipt of any package, the customer must check that it has not been tampered with or opened before signing.  If the box has been opened or is in poor condition, it is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the contents of the box and reconcile any differences to the invoice included in the package. Customer should then sign for the package noting any discrepancies with our shipper and inform us of this by email at info@albacarratfashion.com
